Ext.P4 is the representation submitted by the petitioner before the second respondent stating that the vehicle which allegedly involved for reclamation of the land is not in respect of the paddy land but in respect of dry land. Ext.P4 is pending before the second respondent. There shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass Ext.P4 representation as expeditiously as possible within a period of three weeks. The petitioner is also at liberty to produce sufficient document to substantiate the claim that the property is a dry land.
