Grievance is that though petitioner has superannuated on 30.11.2019 but till date her retiral benefits have not been paid to her.
Sri Govind Krishna, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 4 and 5 has obtained instructions, according to which a cheque for a sum of Rs. 6,07,992/- has already been prepared in favour of petitioner but has not been issued on account of illness Chairman Nagar Palika Parishad. It is stated that the Chairman is hospitalized and a statement is made that all withheld retiral dues payable to petitioner shall be released to her within a period of two months.
In view of the stand so taken by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of by requiring the respondent authorities to ensure payment of all withheld retiral benefits to petitioner within a period of two months from today.
