JUDGMENT / ORDER

As stated in the impugned order, no medical certificate after 2010 is produced, whereas Annexure-B refers to the certificate or the note in 2012, which is required to be verified. Learned counsel, Mr.Chudasama shall produce the original certificate and Investigating Officer is directed to verify and record the statement from the concerned hospital.
Stand over to 26 th July, 2012.
