Mehul Shah, learned advocate for the applicants states that the main application namely, Criminal Case No.2854/2008 lodged by the respondent in the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class at Vadodara under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act has already been concluded. Under the circumstances, this application challenging the said proceeding no longer survives. In the light of the aforesaid, the application is disposed of as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged.
