It is submitted that while performing duty as a lawyer, the petitioner has taken care of interest of his client only and no further allegation is made. It is, therefore submitted that issuance of process qua the application is illegal.

In view of the above, issue notice returnable on 25th June, 2012.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief in terms of para 7[c].
