The case be registered in the name of Sajid @ Shahid in place of Sazid @ Shahil. Office may seek necessary correction in the computer list.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, following correction is being incorporated in the order dated 14.9.2018:
The word 'Sazid @ Shahil appearing in the second line of seventh paragraph of the order dated 14.9.2018 be deleted and replaced with 'Sajid @ Shahid'. Further the number '423' appearing in the fifth line of the second paragraph of the same order be deleted and replaced with '323'.
