The sole prayer made in the instant petition is to direct the trial court to decide Original Suit No.29 of 2014 instituted by the petitioner for eviction of the defendants within a specified time frame.
It is stated in the petition that the defendant had died during pendency of the the suit and thereafter his heirs were substituted in his place.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that the court has yet not framed issues in the suit though it has been pending since a long time. It is also not clear from the petition whether written statement has been filed in the case so far.
The instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously regard being had to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2014.
