JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner challenges the recovery proceedings initiated against the petitioner's property for reason of default committed in a loan availed of from the 2nd respondent Bank. The petitioner was granted an interim order of stay on condition of deposit of Rs.10,000/- in two instalments. It is not clear as to whether the deposit has been made. It is also not clear as to whether the loan subsists. If the loan does subsist, the 2nd respondent shall issue a notice to the petitioner before the recovery proceedings are initiated. The writ petition stands closed.
