Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following prayers:
"i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from Gata No. 1761 area 0.117 hectare situated at Village Kukurghati, Tola Nandpur, Post Kukurghat, Tehsil Bhatpar Rani, District Deoria which is recorded as Gram Sabha land.
ii. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to finalize the proceedings under Section 122-B U.P.Z.A. L.R. Act bearing Case No. T- 201805200501299 within stipulated period"
Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application before the appropriate authority. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided by the authority concerned, expeditiously.
