JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is accused in Crime No. 502 of 2014 of the Yeroor Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code for allegedly attacking the de facto complainant with iron rod on 08.05.2014 at about 08.20 p.m., is in custody from 10.05.2014 and seeks bail.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application. It is submitted that the petitioner is involved in 5 other cases for offences under the Indian Penal Code and also registered under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
3. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is the only son of his parents and has invited my attention to Annexure-A3 to show that mother of the petitioner is a Cardiac patient.
4. Having regard to the antecedents of the petitioner

2 and other relevant circumstances, request for bail cannot be allowed at this stage.
Application is dismissed.
