Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application has been filed for seeking correction in the order dated 17th April, 2019.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the fifth line of the fifth paragraph of the order dated 17th April, 2019, name of the applicant has wrongly been transcribed as "Govind", whereas the correction name of the applicant is "Sajan". Learned counsel for the applicant therefore submits that the aforesaid mistake be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
In place of the name of the applicant "Govind", "Sajan" shall be read.
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 17th April, 2019.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
