Learned AGP, Mr.P.P.Banaji, placing on record the letter written by Charity Commissioner, has submitted that in view of the instructions received from Charity Commissioner, he seeks permission to withdraw this First Appeal. Said letter is taken on record. It is submitted by learned advocate, Mr.Deep D.Vyas for the respondents that though as per the order passed by the trial court, “The Charity Organization to bear its own costs and to pay to the original opponents their costs all throughout”, present respondent will not press for the costs.
Permission is granted as prayed for. This First Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
