Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. This application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 31.3.2006 and 15.10.2009 passed by Addl. Principal Family Judge, Kanpur Nagar in case no. 338 of 2005 under section 125 Cr.P.C.
From the perusal of the record appears that in the present case the interim maintenance allowance has been awarded by the court concerned. The proceedings under scetion 125 Cr.P.C are pending, in case the applicant is having any grievance with regard to the payment of the interim maintenance allowance, such grievance may be raised by the applicant before the court concerned. There is no reason to interfere in the order granting the interim maintenance allowance. If he is having any grievance regarding payment of the arrear from the date of the application, the same may be raised before the court concerned.
