Petitioner was a Survey Lekhpal in the revenue department of the State, who has retired on 31.1.2018. His grievance is that neither full gratuity has been paid to petitioner nor regular pension has been released to him. In respect of such grievance, petitioner has already approached the authority concerned, but no decision has yet been taken.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.4 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
