Short counter-affidavit on behalf of Housing Commissioner has been filed stating in the paragraph 3 that a cheque of Rs. 5,81,647.00 has been handed over to the petitioner. Although in the night 12.00 ' clock. The petitioner has informed that in this case special leave petition was filed which was dismissed yesterday.
Counsel for the petitioner says that amount of the increment and medical has not been paid and designation of clerk has also not been given.
Sri P. K. Rai, counsel for the opposite parties says that the order has been complied with in its letter and spirit. There was no direction for giving any post to the petitioner.
In any view of the matter, let details and break up of the payment be filed with an affidavit within two weeks. It may also be clarified whether increment and medical has been given to the petitioner. Rejoinder-affidavit may be filed within a week thereafter.
