This revision has been against judgement and order dated 22.4.1994 passed by Sri Y.S. Raizada, Judge, Family Court, Bareilly dismissing the maintenance application filed by revisionist under section 125 Cr.P.C. in Criminal Misc. No. 705 of 1991.
From a perusal of the impugned order passed by Judge, Family Court, Bareilly it appears that the same has been passed in a just and legal manner and there is neither any perversity nor illegality. so as to warrant interference in exercise of revisional jurisdiction. Moreso, the revisionist is also not present to press this revision.
Accordingly, this revision is dismissed both on merit as well as for want of prosecution.
However, in case the cause of action still survives, the revisionist is at liberty to approach the Court by filing the recall application or any other remedy available under the law and procedure.
