JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner had submitted an application for renewal of permit of a Goods Vehicle and the refusal to consider the same, is the subject matter of the above writ petition. 2. The 2nd respondent, who is the financier, appears and submits that the loan is still in default and has not been satisfied. In any event, going through the writ petition, it is evident that the petitioner has not complied with Section 51 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. If the petitioner complies with Section 51, then, the concerned authority shall consider the application for renewal of the permit, in accordance with law.
The writ petition is closed, leaving the parties to suffer their respective costs.
