Petitioner has approached this Court complaining obstruction at the hands of party respondents for removing the earth from the property bearing Sy.No.590/1-2 of Palamel village at Adhikattukulangara, Mavelikkara Taluk.
2. According to petitioner, 2nd respondent has registered two cases against party respondents and further she submits that she has already extracted earth from her land for the purpose of constructing house in the above property.
In the light of above submission, nothing remains for us to consider in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
