The petitioner is the holder of Exhibt P1 building permit for constructing residential building. The petitioner wants to extract ordinary earth from the site covered by Exhibit P1 building permit. In view of the Government Order produced as Exhibit P2, it is not necessary to obtain permission from Geologist for extracting ordinary earth from the site covered by the building permit. However, for the purpose of transporting the ordinary earth so extracted from the site covered by the building permit, the petitioner requires ‘P Form’. 2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue necessary ‘P-Form’ to the petitioner on being satisfied with the genuineness of the claim raised by the petitioner based on building permit without insisting No objection Certificate. This shall be done within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed as above.
