JUDGMENT / ORDER

[1] Rule. Mr.L.B.Dabhi, learned APP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of opponent-State.
[2] Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP for the State.
[3] It is submitted by learned advocate for the applicant that the applicant has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 28/03/2012 passed in Cri.Misc.Appln.No.1366 of 2012. One of the conditions among other conditions was to remain present before the concerned Police Station on 02/04/2012. However, the applicant could not remain present due to unavoidable circumstances and hence, the present application is filed by the applicant seeking modification of the order and instead of 02/04/2012, the applicant be permitted to remain present before the concerned police station on or before 30/04/2012.
[4] Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, condition No.6(b) imposed on the applicant by this Court vide order dated 28/03/2012 passed in Misc.Cri.Appln.No.1366 of 2012 is modified to the extent that the applicant will now remain present before the concerned Police Station on or before 30/04/2012 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. All the other conditions imposed on the applicant in the order passed dated 28/03/2012 passed in Misc.Cri.Appln.No.1366 of 2012 will remain unaltered.
[5] Application is allowed accordingly. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
