Learned advocate for the applicant submits that as per the order dated 28.3.2012 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.1366 of 2012 in connection with I-C.R.No.122 of 2011 registered with Gujarat University Police Station, Ahmedabad, the applicant was granted anticipatory bail and he is required to remain present on 30.4.2012. He requested to extend the date to remain present from 30.4.2012 to any other date.
In view of the above situation, the date to remain present in connection with C.R.No.122 of 2011 is extended from 30.4.2012 to 14.5.2012. The applicant is directed to remain present before the Gujarat University Police Station in connection with C.R.No.122 of 2011 on 14.5.2012 instead of 30.4.2012.
