1. Heard Mr. MC Bhatt, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Ms. Nisha Thakore, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent State.

2. As per order dated 03.11.2012, passed by this Court in Civil Application No.8530 of 2011, Mr. MC Bhatt, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition qua petitioner no. 9 Shyam Bhalchandra Anturkar and petitioner no. 10 Bhartiben Shyamlal Anturkar.

3. It is, however, clarified that the petition shall survive, as far as the other petitioners are concerned and the petition is withdrawn qua petitioner nos.9 and 10 only.
