THESE PETITIONS COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT PASSED THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition as not pressed. Accordingly permitted and the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
2. The interim order dated 26.06.2019 merges with the withdrawal of the petition and interim order is not in force from today.
3. The 2nd respondent, party- in-person by name Sri. Shivanna D.H., requested this Court to direct the court below to expedite the matter, which is pending consideration before VI Additional CMM, Bangalore City.
4. Accordingly, the VI Additional CMM, Bangalore City is directed to expedite the Criminal proceedings in C.C.No.22914/2017, in accordance with law.
5. In view of the dismissal of the main petition, I.A.No.1/2019 filed for vacating the interim order does not survive for consideration and stands disposed of.
