In this revision notices had been issued to the revisionist to engage another counsel on the elevation of counsel, who had filed the revision.
This notice had been issued in pursuance of the order dated 15.10.1999.
It also appears from the record that the notices were issued once more in the year 2011.
Yet again, notices were issued to engage another counsel vide order dated 20.06.2017. This notice was by registered post. Since this notice has not been received back un-served, service upon the revisionist is deemed to be sufficient.
The revision itself is directed against the order dated 02.09.1994 passed by the District Judge, Fatehpur. This order has been passed in Misc. Application filed by the revisionist, which was a recall application.
Since, there was no interim order operating in this revision, the revision appears to have been rendered infructuous by efflux of time because almost 20 years have elapsed but none has filed appearance on behalf of the revisionist.
The revision is accordingly, rejected.
