The petitioner is seeking consideration of his bail on the same day in Case Crime No.959 of 2017, under section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 P.S. Kotwali, District Deoria.
This petition is disposed of with a direction that in case petitioner surrenders and applies for bail within fifteen days from today before the courts below, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously on its intrinsic merit by the court below in accordance with the provisions of the U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986.
