JUDGMENT / ORDER

All that the petitioner prays is for easy instalments to pay the decree amount and to avert the sale in execution in the meanwhile. The petitioner has reportedly remitted a sum of Rs. 25,000/- in the execution court pursuant to the interim order in the Original Petition.
2. I permit the petitioner to pay the balance amount due in five equal monthly instalments starting from 28.06.2014. The coercive steps for confirmation of sale of the property shall be put on hold if the petitioner complies with the condition in time. The coercive steps shall surge ahead if the petitioner commits default in the payment of anyone of the instalments as directed above.
3. Needles to say that the amount deposited by the petitioner shall be withdrawn by the respondent unconditionally. The sale which has not hitherto been confirmed shall stand set aside on the petitioner discharging the entire debt liability.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
