JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.A.M.Parekh, learned advocate for the petitioner, submits that he does not want to amend the petition as per the Draft Amendment submitted by him, dated 10.04.2012, and prays that the amendment be returned to him. The Draft Amendment is, therefore, not taken into consideration.
The learned advocate for the petitioner further states that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition. Permission to withdraw the petition is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
