ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.3 is not ratifying the admission of two students, namely, Birendra Kumar (Mining course) and Md.Sajid Alam (ECE course) into IIrd year B.Tech course through lateral entry on the ground that they belong to outside State.
At the hearing, it is not disputed by Sri A.Abhisekh Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 5, that a similar issue was resolved by this Court by order, dated 14.08.2013, in Writ Petition No.23913 of 2013, which was followed by orders, dated 31.01.2014, in Writ Petition No.2554 of 2014 and dated 31.10.2014 in Writ Petition No.32797 of 2014 and batch.
In view of the above-noted orders, which have attained finality, this Writ Petition is allowed as prayed for in terms thereof with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44674 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
