ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“ … to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide Lr.No.SE/O/OGL/SAO/JAO/HT/U.D.No.366/14 dated 10-7-2014 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional being violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to restore the power supply to the petitioner’s unit by collecting the actual C.C. charges from the petitioner.”
At the hearing, Sri B.A. Prakash Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.27165 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
