(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Pursuant to our earlier direction, respondent no.4 - Municipal School Board has filed affidavit. In the said affidavit, it is admitted that the proposed site of the primary school is 1.4 kilometer away from the present place where the Special Training Programme centre is situated. However, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondent no.4, after taking instruction from his client, submits that having regard to the fact that the proposed school will be situated 1.4 kilometer away from the place where the Special Training Programme is conducted, the respondent no.4 will take the responsibility of transportation of those children after the establishment of the school. Since it will take about two years' time for functioning of the new school, we direct that these children will get the benefit of the present Special Training Programme at the present centre till they are accommodated in the new school that will be established.
With the above undertaking made by respondent no.4, we dispose of this application.
