This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order in the writ petition.
2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that after the direction was issued by the Court, a letter has been sent to the petitioner to by speed post in letter No.PP 383794635IN, calling upon him to furnish the status of C.C.No.168 of 2008 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Melur and it appears that the petitioner has not turned thereafter.
3.In the light of the same, this contempt petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to appear before the respondent and furnish full particulars.
