The petitioner has approached this Court for withdrawal of fixed deposit, which was prepared in view of the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
The fixed deposit is going to be mature on 23.5.2020, which is just after 7 months, therefore, interest of petitioner is that she may wait for 7 months more and thereafter, she has liberty to take appropriate decision to withdraw the mature amount or to deposit further otherwise she will suffer financial loss due to premature withdrawal of fixed deposit.
Learned counsel for petitioner has agreed on above suggestion of the Court.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of.
This order is passed in the presence of Shri G.K. Srivastava, counsel for respondent no.3 and Shri B.N. Singh, counsel for the respondent no.2.
