Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The petitioner has approached this Court against the order dated 12.9.2018 passed by the Session Judge, Maharajganj in Criminal Revision No.57 of 2018, whereby the matter has been remanded to the magistrate for decision afresh on the application of opposite party No.4 in accordance with law.
No interference is called for in the aforesaid order. However, this petition is disposed of directing the magistrate concerned to conclude the proceedings in pursuance of the revisional order dated 12.9.2018 within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
