JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Learned Advocate Mr.E.E.Saiyed for the applicant invited attention of the Court to a certificate issued by Dr.S.K.Katlana, Medical Officer, Vadodara Central Jail, Vadodara, wherein in para-16, it is mentioned that:-
"16. Tests like TMT, pulmonary function test and renal doppler not available at S.S.G. Hospital......"
2. The matter is very serious, if such tests are not available at S.S.G. Hospital, Vadodara.
3. Learned APP to see that a responsible officer from S.S.G. Hospital, Vadodara along with Dr.S.K.Katlala remains present before this Court on 16.05.2012.
