JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Learned APP, Ms.C.M.Shah, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for extension of temporary bail on the ground that the surgery of certain multiple lipomata found in the body are yet to be undertaken.
Learned APP, Ms.Shah, under the telephonic instructions received by her through Dr.Katlana of Baroda Jail, states that facility of such surgery is also available in Vadodara Hospital.
In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to extend the period of temporary bail and the convict shall surrender with the jail authority. However, it is further directed that the jail authority should undertake the necessary treatment and surgery of the convict through the Sayajirao Hospital at Vadodara.
Disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged.
