JUDGMENT / ORDER

By the judgment and order dated 14th September, 2012 this Court has issued certain directions to the Authorities.
In paragraph 5, after the word "residential", word "houses" is deleted and the same is substituted by word "plots". Similarly, in paragraph 8, it is mentioned as "notice is discharged". The said sentence is hereby deleted and the same is substituted by "petition stands disposed of accordingly".
Note for Speaking to Minutes stands disposed of accordingly.
