Heard on the time extension application. Perused the record.
By means of this application, the applicant has prayed to extend the time granted to him vide order dated 24.10.2017, passed by this court whereby he was directed to surrender before the court concerned within 30 days.
The applicant has failed to surrender before the court concerned within the time granted by this Court and has moved the time extension application with inordinate delay.
The time extension application has been moved on 24.2.2018, without showing any reason as to why the same has been moved with a delay of more than three months.
Under these circumstances, there does not appear any good ground to extend the time granted to the applicant vide order dated 24.10.2017.
The time extension application is accordingly rejected. Order Date:-27.3.2018-SB
