Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondents no.1 to 4.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though representation was made by the petitioner as well as other villagers before the respondent no.2 namely Consolidation Commissioner, U.P., Lucknow raising their grievances but till date no decision has been taken on the same.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent no.2/Consolidation Commissioner, U.P. along-with certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. If such a representation is filed, the respondent No.2 will pass appropriate orders on the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months thereafter, in accordance with law.
