With regard to the orders dated 2.7.2018 passed by the Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, District Ghazipur and the order dated 15.10.2018 passed by the Collector, Ghazipur, the petitioner submits that they could not have been passed as the plot in question was allotted to him on 13.1.1975 and since this fact could not be brought before the two Courts, the impugned orders may be quashed.
Under similar circumstances, another petitioner had approached this Court by means of Writ-C No.5324 of 2019 whereby this Court had directed the petitioner to approach the Revisional Court.
Under such circumstances, the petitioner in this petition is also directed to file a Revision. If the petitioner files a Revision within a period of two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order, the Revision shall be decided within three months thereafter in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment. For a period of three months or till the Revision is decided, whichever is earlier, status-quo as of today, shall be maintained.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
