Order:
This Civil Revision Petition (CRP) is filed against Order, dated 26-09-2014, in IA.No.2086 of 2014 in SOP.No.296 of 2014, on the file of the Court of the learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.
While posting the case on 08-10-2014, the lower Court has restrained petitioner No.1 herein from conducting election scheduled to be held on 21-09-2014. As the said date is well past, the very cause, on which this CRP is filed, has become infructuous. However, the lower Court is directed to dispose of IA.No.2086 of 2014 on merits, after hearing both the parties, within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel, CRPMP.No.4712 of 2014, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
