Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Shri Amit Pathak has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 to 6. He has placed on record High School Marks sheet issued by U.P. Secondary Education Board in which the age of petitioner No.2 is recorded as 06.06.2001 while the Aadhar Card annexed with the writ petition records the age of the petitioner No.2 as 06.06.1998.
From the perusal of the documents, it is clear that petitioner No.2 has not attained the age of majority.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the writ petition at this stage.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
