JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned advocate Mr.Khambolja for learned advocate Mr.N.K.Majmudar for the petitioners and Mr.K.P.Raval, learned advocate for the respondents-State.
It is jointly submitted by the learned counsel representing the parties that as long as legal activities are carried on in the concerned Gymkhana, there shall not be any interference from the part of any police authority, but, in case, if any information is received by the concerned police officer about some illegal activities carried out in the Gymkhana, the concerned police authority shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
It is, therefore, submitted this petition may be disposed of accordingly.
In above view of the matter, the instant application stands disposed of in terms of the statements made by the learned counsels representing the parties referred to above. Direct service is permitted.
