JUDGMENT / ORDER

----------------------- The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by the proceedings under the Land Conservancy Act. The petitioner submits that he is in occupation of the land from 1963 onwards and submitted Ext.P8 application under the Right to Information Act before the 5th respondent to furnish the details of the proceedings. According to the petitioner, these information are vital for this case.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am of the view that the petitioner has a statutory remedy before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pala. Therefore, the petitioner shall file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer within a period of four weeks. Thereafter, the appeal shall be disposed within a further period of two months. The petitioner shall produce necessary materials to substantiate his contention. Till a decision is taken in W.P.(C).No.32349 of 2014

the matter, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner based on Exts.P5 and P7.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
