The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondents to consider the case of the petitioners' post retiral benefit and 40% back wages as per judgment of Supreme Court dated 9.9.2015 passed in Civil Appeal No.9165-9172 of 2009.
The petitioners have moved a representation in this respect, which is pending before Principal Secretary(Personnel) respondent-1.
The writ petition is disposed of directing Principal Secretary, Personnel (respondent-1) to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
