No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Sri Ram Chandra Kushwaha, learned Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent.
The appeal is directed against the order under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act for grant of interim maintenance to the respondent-wife which is to the tune of Rs.15,000/- per month.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that not a single penny has been paid by the appellant till date on the premise of admission of the present appeal though there is no interim order.
Be that as it may, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution in absence of the counsel for the appellant.
