JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that although the petitioner attained age of superannuation on 30.11.2011, retiral dues have not been paid to him.
Sri Suneel Kumar Singh, advocate, has put in appearance for the respondents.
If the petitioner has the right to release of retiral dues on his retirement, respondent nos.1 to 3 are directed to reflect the reasons why the retiral dues have not been paid to him.
Respondent nos.1 to 3 are also required to show as to why payment of their salary be not stayed till such time, the retiral dues of the petitioner are paid.
List on 27.9.2012 alongwith Writ Petition No.1794(SS) of 2012.
