In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has assailed the validity of the possession notice dated 26.10.2017 issued under the provisions of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’ for short).
2. The matter is pending before this Court since 2018 in which no interim order has been passed. In case, the grievance of the petitioner still survives, he shall be at liberty to take recourse to Section 17 of the Act.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
