1. Heard Sri Tarun Gaur, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Diwakar Singh, Advocate for respondents.
2. Grievance of petitioner is basically against Gram Pradhan of Gaon Sabha Chak Ghanshyam Das, Nai Bazar, Karma. It is alleged that he is making various illegalities in providing benefit of Government Social Scheme to Gram Panchayat.
3. In these matters if there is any illegality or irregularity on the part of Gram Pradhan, there is a full fledged procedure for inquiry prescribed in U.P Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, Up-Pradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules 1997 (hereinafter referred to as "Rules, 1997") , therefore, petitioner must avail remedy thereunder.
4. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
