Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly be directed to decide the complaint case no.6960 of 2015 (Sageer Ahmad Khan Vs. Vikash Kumar and others) under section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., Police Station Cantt. District Bareilly expeditiously within a stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the applicant urged that the learned lower court may be directed to decide the complaint case as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously fixing short dates if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is finally disposed of.
