Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State, and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No.462 of 2020, under Sections 147, 149, 307 I.P.C., Police Station Jani, District Meerut.
The Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicants bearing in mind the serious allegation which is levelled of having indiscriminately fired on the informant.
Accordingly, the application shall stand rejected.
